“Living a Good Life … At the End of Life”
Annual Conference and Exposition
March 30 - April 1, 2010, Lincoln, Neb.

The Nebraska Hospice and Palliative Care Partnership (NHPCP) cordially invites you to exhibit at the Annual “Living a Good Life…At the End of Life” Conference, scheduled March 30 - April 1, 2010. The conference will feature nationally respected keynote speakers, our annual awards banquet, and 24 breakout sessions. It will be held in the premier hotel of Nebraska’s capital city, the Embassy Suites Hotel. 

NHPCP also offers conference sponsorship opportunities, sold on a first-come basis (see details below).  This is a perfect opportunity for your organization to market itself, and also to support this growing educational resource provided by NHPCP to its members.

The “Living a Good Life…At the End of Life” Conference has exhibitors in mind. 
  • The exhibit hall is in the heart of the compact conference area, with general session and breakout rooms immediately around it.
  • Break service and the conference cyber station will be provided within the exhibit area to encourage interactions.
  • Session breaks will run for a half an hour.
  • Conference participants come from Nebraska’s hospice programs as well as a broader community of physicians, nurses, social workers, nursing facility and assisted living administrators and staff, public policy makers and regulators, Veterans Administration staff, hospital staff, and others.  We anticipate attendance of at least 150 people per day; our 2009 Conference drew approximately 250 participants.

Exhibit Booth Fee:
Exhibitor $600 ($450 for NHPCP members)
Includes lunch and breaks for two exhibitors

All exhibitors will be located in the exhibit hall and will be provided an 8’ x 8’ booth, 6’ skirted table and two chairs. In addition, your organization’s name will be highlighted in the on-site program.

Tote Inserts:  $100 if purchasing exhibit space; $300 if not exhibiting onsite

NHPCP will enclose promotional materials in a tote bag given to each conference participant. All materials must be approved by NHPCP. Materials must be sent to the NHPCP office no later than March 12, 2010.
               
Payment:  Payment in full must be received with the application to reserve space. Applications are taken on a first come, first serve basis, and are subject to NHPCP approval, at its discretion.

Cancellations/Refunds:  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to NHPCP. A $50 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations received by NHPCP by March 1, 2010, will receive a full refund less the processing fee. No refunds will be available after March 1, 2010.       

Inbound Shipments:  All inbound shipments must be scheduled to arrive no more than three business days prior to the conference. Clearly label all boxes and materials with your name, company name and “Nebraska End of Life Conference – Jennifer Eurek” and send in care of Embassy Suites Hotel at the address on reverse.

Liability:  NHPCP, conference sponsors, nor the Embassy Suites Hotel are responsible for accidents, damage to property, and/or loss of property.

Accommodations:  A special room rate of $124 is available for the conference. Be sure to mention the reservation code “NHP” when making reservations directly with the Embassy Suites.
