This is a two-part class Part I: Friday, August 20, 2010, 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Part II: Friday, August 27, 2010, 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Sessions to be held at the Vetter Learning Center, NHPCA Office
Cost for both sessions: $105 for NHPCA members and $155 for non-members.
After August 13, the cost increases to $125 for members and $175 for non-members.
This class is designed to assist the participant in preparing for the Hospice and Palliative Nurse Certification Exam.
Publications for class
You are encouraged to purchase or borrow a study guide and core curriculum from the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association to be reviewed during the class.

LYNN BORSTELMANN, RN, MN, CHPN, AOCN, CNAA, BC
Lynn is the Director of Oncology Services at The
Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha. She
has prior experience in hospice as a staff nurse, patient care coordinator, and
executive director. She has been a
certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) since 1993. Lynn has been a member of the Hospice
and Palliative Nurses Association since 1991 and was ex officio to the Board of
Directors from 1997-1998. From
1993 to 1999, Lynn was on the National Board for Certification of Hospice
Nurses (NBCHN).

Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. A $10 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations on or before seven business days prior to the event will receive a full refund less the processing fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked seven business days prior to the event. Substitutions are welcome; please submit your request in writing.
NHPCA reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule events.
