About Hospice and Palliative Care

The team-based, patient-centered services of hospice are widely recognized as the gold standard for end-of-life care. Over the past nine years, the Nebraska Hospice and Palliative Care Association leadership has helped hospice admissions in Nebraska grow by more than 80 percent. Nearly one-half of those who die in Nebraska now receive the supportive care of hospice.
